Rob is a proud member of the Snuneymuxw First Nation and his family has deep-rooted history on the west coast of British Columbia and on Vancouver Island. Rob is pleased to work closely with some of the indigenous communities on the island and surrounding area. He is always looking for new ways to deepen his relationship with indigenous communities.

As operations manager, Alexis’ role is to ensure that clients have a stress free buying/selling experience. Alexis manages the day to day including gathering/distributing documentation, communicating with clients, sourcing personalized client gifts, ensuring agent calendars are organized, and much more!
Alexis’ background as a Realtor allows her to have in depth knowledge of the real estate industry and the requirements for sellers and home buyers. Having spent many years in the customer service industry, she operates with a client first mindset and strives to anticipate the needs of the Josephson Homes clients.
